@{clusterNode} doesn't work (#877)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 7 years ago It looks like it works fine for `trusted` but it was never supported for @admin@.
	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net commented 7 years ago AFAIR it worked for admins but, pubsub documentation from docs.tigase.org states "list of trusted" so let's stick with that. Admins should be exclusive to administrator JIDs.
