Copy over all files from: http://www.tigase.org/node/2474/2199 to Redmine files section and replace http://www.tigase.org/content/tigase-downloads dynamic page with a static describing that download section has been moved over to Redmine and provide links:

1. One link to the main Redmine website with information that all our projects and download files can be found there

2. Another link directly to Tigase XMPP Server files section

3. Links to libraries: utils, xmltools, extras

Files from other directory can be removed as they are outdated anyway.
