No roster version number upgrade (#84)

After changes in roster Tigase doesn't update roster version number and there is no roster version number in roster push.

Please update tigase.im and tigase.org with the most recent version. Please then assign the ticket to Bartek and status to QA.

Doesn't works.

I change item in Psi, then Tigase sends to Messenger:

<iq type="set" id="rsttig21" to="bmalkow@malkowscy.net/nexus" xmlns="jabber:client"> <query xmlns="jabber:iq:roster"> <item name="bmalkow X" subscription="none" jid="bmalkow@tigase.org"/> </query> </iq>

Without information about new roster version.

In that case I can't update cache in client.

Additionaly: it seems that roster doesn't change version number after remove item.

Ok, I think I have fixed it for good now. Could you please update our installations with this new code?
