AdHoc commands ACL fails when more than one DOMAIN or JID acl value is set (#818)

Due to implementation issues, while it is possible to set DOMAIN or JID ACL for many commands with different values only last value will take place for or commands for which this kind of ACL was set.

I fixed this issue and updated documentation section related to ACL settings to match new format.
