Remove old and unused StanzaReceiver and StanzaSender component (#789)

As mentioned in #4995:

short_news can be removed. It will not be used anymore. And this reminds me, by the way, we can remove from Tigase XMPP Server code: StanzaReceiver and StanzaSender components.

xmpp_stanza - I do not even remember what this is for, maybe we can remove it as well

We can should remove StanzaSender and StanzaReceiver components and xmpp_stanza @short_news@ tables related to this code.

As mentioned in task description I removed StanzaSender and StanzaReceiver components. I've also removed SQL responsible for creation of related tables and indexes (tables will be left in databases if they are already created). I updated documentation to make sure that there are not mentions of StanzaSender or StanzaReceiver within documentation.
