Administration Guide not available online (#787)

From what I see Administration Guide of Tigase XMPP Server for version snapshot (@7.2.0-SNAPSHOT@) is no longer available online at http://docs.tigase.org/#collapse-tigase-server-snapshot-head

It was, for some reason, renamed to User Guide: http://docs.tigase.org/tigase-server/snapshot/User_Guide/html_chunk/

I thought it was supposed to be renamed back to Administration Guide but it never has. Maybe %kobit could decide on the naming.

I think it should be Administration Guide. Generally speaking, for me, "User Guide" seems like a better fit for client side software rather than server. For server side software "Administration Guide" sounds better.

I will include Administration guide as the title of new guide with the next push.

As all is where it should be - just under different name which confused me a little, I'm closing this task.
