Prepare Amazon AWS AMI Tigase image (#764)

As per discussion in #4441#note-15 the purpose of this task is to prepare AMI image with the latest stable version of Tigase and all system configuration done so it's easy to get it up and running.

We will start with Docker support first and see how far it will get us, maybe we won't need AMI Tigase image

Now, that we use AWS ourselves and have experience with EC2 and AMIs and actually use AMI with Tigase ourselves, I think it is good time to start working on this task. I think we should make the AMI for version 8.0.0 when it is released. Maybe also for some betas to make it easier for people to use and test.

I think it would be best to run it with MySQL DB on the same instance in the first step and then with MongoDB for clustered version.
