How to bind Tigase to an IP address (network interface) (#76)

As in the subject. It is easy enough to bind Tigase to a specific port number:

However, how to run multiple Tigase instances on a single machine on the same port number but at different virtual IP addresses?

There are configuration options which should make it possible with:

c2s/connections/5222/ifc[s]=IP-address

Use of specified property forces Tigase to run on specified interface.

During verification I started 3 separate Tigase instances on 3 diffrent interfaces without changing port number and it worked.
