Ensure TKF works in OSGi mode (#711)

We need to check that new Tigase XMPP Server version works fine in OSGi mode.

I modifed kernel to work with OSGi mode. However I found weird behaviour of kernel with exported and delegated beans which should be resolved in #4554.

We should check OSGi mode once again after this issues are fixed, so I'm keeping this task as in progress.

I still will need to check ACS in cluster mode.

I checked TKF in OSGi mode after changes done in #4554 and fixed few issues.

I also reviewed TKF in OSGi mode with ACS and fixed issues related to this uses case. Now TKF works fine in OSGi mode with and without ACS
