Problem with Sasl SCRAM-SHA1-PLUS (#708)

Sometimes, when client lost connection to server (because of network change) server returns:

 <failure xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-sasl"><not-authorized/><text xml:lang="en">Channel bindings does not match</text></failure>
