New version has been released:

binaries has been created and all required files has been signed correctly; resulting packages have been uploaded to redmine files section and maven artifacts deployed to repository;

documentation on docs.tigase.org has been updated;

TTS has been run and results are on @build.tigase.org@;

announcement has been made on tigase.net and projects.tigase.org

%daniel can you make an announcement on appropriate XSF mailing list?
