Added counters for every repository pool:
-
number of disconnections
-
number of disconnections which failed to reconnect
-
number of connections in each pool
Additionally I added to statistics number of used data repositories and number of connections.
Statistics were added to @basic-conf@.

Add counter for disconnections of connections to database and add it to statistics so it will be possible to check in statistics if connection to database is stable and how often Tigase XMPP Server needs to reconnect to database server.
