Fixed issue with duplicated message being stored to offline store. After this fix message is stored only once to offline storage |

MessageandOfflineMessagesprocessors are used instead of defaultMessageAmpprocessor.When message is sent to full jid which is offline, then it is stored to offline store and in same time message is tried to be delivered to bare jid (according to offline message delivery rules) and as no resource is online it is also sent to offline storage. This way same message is stored in offline storage twice.
