Bosh termination with presence unavailable problem (#66)

This case is handled incorrectly in the Tigase server. User session is closed before presence unavailable is handled, and as a result presence generates an error packet which is sent back to the client. More details: http://www.tigase.org/content/bug-disconnection-tigase-bosh-mode

The code changes made for this issue do not seem to address the actual underlying issue, The changes as I see them are only to prevent the error packet being sent to the clients.

The actual problem of processing the Presence part of the packet before the 'terminate' part of the packet gets completely processed is what would solve the problem. Am I missing something here?
