are there any interfaces or ways to implement sending and receiving message on the backend? (#614)

Won't Fix

	jason liu opened 9 years ago now we are facing a case:we need to send and receive message on our server side, so we can't use strophe.js, i don't know if there are APIs to implement it in tigase.
