Active Directory (AD) with Kerberos (#603)

Hi,

May I know whether tigase supports Active Directory with Kerberos?

Understand that XMPP client must be able to authenticate to AD and retrieve token, but is server able to authorize token?

My brief understanding is to have customised SASL implementation as mentioned below:

http://docs.tigase.org/tigase-server/7.0.0/Development_Guide/webhelp/saslcmac.html

What would you suggest in this scenario?

Bartek, please comment on this. What is available and supported right now and what would it take to add the missing pieces.

Hi Bartek,

Would like to understand briefly about achieving this, we would have a POC deployment of Tigase in enterprise data center with AD aware.

Tigase is able to use bind operation with credentials sent by client.
