VHosts are not stored to repository (#539)

VHosts configuration is not stored to repository unless add/remove/update ad-hoc is executed. Possibly related to commit:d8fe7ea6

Is this really an issue? Can you describe use-cases when this can cause a problem?

I guess this happens when vhosts with config are only provided in the init.properties file.

submitted as regression;

can possibly lead to discrepancies in cluster someone would rely solely on init.properties configuration and it would be changed on some node;

Ok, it might be an issue, but I would say it is rather low priority issue.

In 8.0.0 we change how items are configured so this issue is no longer relevant.
