Prepare release of the version 7.0.2.

Wojciech, please make sure all recent bug fixes and other important issues are included in the version.

Once the code is ready, please reassign task to Eric to prepare the release.

Eric, there is one more issue planned for 7.0.2 (v. https://projects.tigase.org/versions/82, #2859) but it's not finished yet.
