Bartosz, please create appropriate documentation about beans and kernel

Andrzej, can you:

• add detailed javadoc to Bean (and maybe other places, if relevant, so it would be more intuitive) and reference it from DevGuide

• add Kernel documentation to DevGuide (could be based on "Zarys dokumentacji Kernela");

• add description of the dependency resolution and how it influences configuration file (i.e. what should be included in what, vide Monitoring configuration)

I've added documentation of Tigase Kernel to asciidoc for DevGuide and improved javadoc for @Bean and related annotations.

Please check if all that should be there is there. If not let me know what is missing and I will try to provide documentation for that.
