The customer's dedicated project area is flagged with a purchased support level and list of products for which the support is purchased. Seems we are getting duplicated messages sent through xmpp to our client.
I'm enclosing both cluster nodes log files relating to a duplicated message as well as our init.properties.
This is intermittent behavior and I can't reproduce it consistently but my COO can reproduce it regularly.
Seems she has the magic touch. ;-)
