Store delivery receipts to offline database (#401)

This patch will take under consideration for offline storage also delivery receipts (XEP-0184). This is very useful in a delivery system.

I've hard-coded element name and namespace because there is no class to put them - I can change that of course.

Thank you for the patch. However, it seems to me that Wojciech has already done the change, or at least it was planed. Wojciech, please review and confirm.

I think this is mostly related to #2426#note-7 - i.e. configurable message store mechanism. In my opinion, instead of adding yet another hard-coded condition, implement proposed configuration option.

Wojciech, I agree. Let's proceed with implementation for configurable options to store messages.
