Handling of user-db/auth-db configuration (#39)

In case of missing user-db configuration:

trying to use auth-db configuration (similar to present scenario where auth-db is missing and configuration form user-db is derived);
throwing exception that there is no such configuration;

%wojtek , %andrzej.wojcik could you please comment on this task. There were many changes recently in the DB framework and maybe this is already implemented. If not push it to the next version.

We are using DSL/dataSource now so it's not longer applicable
