Presence should also be broadcasted for dynamic roster items. It doesn't seem to work in latest versions of Tigase.

Correct TTS tests to test that scenario as well.

We need this fixed for version 7.0.

Actually DynamicRoster works, however due to the fact that presence and roster handling was separated it affected the configuration and documentation wasn't updated.

I've corrected guides and javadoc. Tested that everything works.
