Make the host attribute in <body/> element sent by Bosh optional (#328)

The host attribute is our own addition to make it possible to have sticky Bosh session in a cluster environment. So a Bosh client knows where to make subsequent Bosh requests.

However, in some cases it is not desired to expose the internal hosts naming of the company which may be considered as confidential information. Therefore the host attribute should be optional with ON as default.

Added new configuration option for BOSH component send-node-hostname which if set to false will stop sending host attribute in element.

Example:

bosh/send-node-hostname[B]=false
