Installer - scripts installation (#267)

Installer has to copy all the component's scripts to the installation directories in correct locations. This is in consideration with REST API component keeping it's scripts in a different location and PubSub component keeping it's scripts in 2 separate locations - one for admin ad-hoc commands and another for REST calls.

Which files are in wrong locations? Which installer version?

I have just installed RC1 binary package and neither PubSub's admin ad-hoc commands or REST scripts are installed, the same for the HTTP API (REST) component, it's REST groovy scripts are not installed.

Fixed, testing binary will be generated as a nightly package.
