extend vhost ad-hoc scripts to execute on all nodes (#249)

extend vhost ad-hoc scripts in a manner similar to roster-edit, i.e. execute command on all connected nodes - this should apply to adding/editing VHost as well as adding certificate.

Let's try to do it for the 5.2.0.

created VHostManagerClustered and changed it's scripts to execute on all connected nodes (both for items and update of certificates)

Do we still require automatic, periodic reload of VHost items given the above?
