Could you provide me with binaries? Could you provide console output from installation process? Is it possible that the needed files are missing from the installer thus causing errors?

Actually this is a bug in IzPack which manifests itself when using pack200 compression with conjunction of conditions in installer - installations will fail when on the packs screen you will select any non-default package but not all of them. I've disabled pack200 compression and put changes into repository.
