tigase-acs,jar is not installed to jars directory (#227)

The tigase-acs.jar is missing from the jars/ directory after installation is complete with the ACS selected. This might be either due to the jar missing from the installation bundle or maybe the installer script copying all files does not copy this one file.

neither maven nor izpack complains when the declared inclusion is missing while producing package. however - maven should pull all dependencies and put them in jars/ directory so there shouldn't be a problem with missing files when creating the installer.

actually this was caused by missing tigase-acs from dependencies in distribution module which resulted in missing jar.
