Installer and binaries with additional components (#200)

The Tigase installer has to be modified and all the binary builds to include all the new components:

Socks5 - component active by default
Archiver - component active by default
STUN - component off by default
Cluster mode on by default with automatic cluster nodes configuration (this is default mode anyway)

Anything I forgot?
