DNS resolving for S2S improvements (#186)

It looks like the DNS might be a bottleneck in some cases for S2S if we have a few addresses which are not resolving properly but lots of packets are sent there, the whole s2s slows down.

Fixed regression after merging with 'osgi' branch which added resolution of DNS in ConnectionOpenThread
