Add dialback key generation algorithm (#174)

Use the implementation of #977 and add support for http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0185.html#example - Dialback Key Generation and Validation to the Tigase's s2s implementation, in place of the current s2s key algorithm.

Modified code to work as specified in XEP-0185. Changes are commited in new branch "xep-0185" as secret key is hardcoded. Not used cluster code is marked as deprecated.
