The configuration is now automatically dumped to a separate property file. This can be configured through a property:
basic-conf/config-dump-file=etc/config-dump.propertiesLeaving it empty or with off string switches it off.

Ideally we would like an init.properties like file with all the server current settings plus comments describing them.
Initially, however, we might stick with a file without comments and descriptions, just the set of all current settings would be very useful/helpful.
