Improve import/export support (#1576)

Improve import/export support of data stored in Tigase XMPP Server. Currently export is compliant with a XEP and has a few more features (for pubsub, muc, mix), however it lacks vhost data (SSL certificates, vhost settings).

Feature implemented and tested. Should be ready to be used for migration between Tigase XMPP Server installations.
