MessageCarbons sends carbons for messages sent (#1566)

When SAS2/Bind2 is used with inline enabling of Message Carbons, that results in messages sent from resource X being sent back to the resource X, while they should be sent to all other resources with exception of resource X.

I've modified the code to properly pass bound JID (with bound resource) to the internal mechanism and that resolved the issue.
