Deprecate and delete `tigase.db.jdbc.DrupalWPAuth` (#1549)

tigase.db.jdbc.DrupalWPAuth is very obsolete and probably doesn't work for a long time. We should deprecate and remove it (or maybe even remove it immediatelly even…)

You can be just removed. TBH I have never heard of anybody using it besides me. And I have not been using it for... like... 10 years or more.
