The server self-monitoring mechanism extended to perform automated monitoring of the whole cluster.

Bartosz, as you created Tigase monitor and monitoring framework, you would be the best person to continue on this work. Please provide some comments, ideas and thoughts on this topic. What and how we could do this based on the existing API, some timeframe etc...
