Unexpected `<build/>` element in XEP-0092: Software Version (#1522)

As reported in our support channel:

the XEP-0092 implementation incorrectly returns an unspecified element as child of the . The schema (albeit non-normative) doesn't provision this, nor does the document's text allow for this. Would you consider moving the element into your own namespace so that it won't cause issues with strict parsers?

Currently, <build/> element has the same value as <version/> element and due to that it is redundant and not strictly compliant with XEP-0092. As it is redundant and has the same value, the simples solution is to remove it.
