There is some pluggable monitoring API available in StanzaReceiver component as some sort of experimental code. This has to be moved into the Monitor component and the API should be polished and be available in more standard way to allow for an easy plugging new monitors, switching them on/off and set parameters and access permissions.
Ideally we want to allow plugging components as scripts and expose their data through PubSub API to allow for pushing notifications to interested parties.
