Especially for hiding IP, and I think you could talk to XMPP users with onion domains. Please get onion connectivity for sure.im

By the way, as for Siskin IM you can get away with setting Orbot to onion only mode, it would also possibly be cool to allow to set a socks5 proxy on siskin like telegram. because on orbot for ios you can do: ––SocksPort 9050, and have it route through tor if you turn on onion mode, so technically a TOR daemon on ios
