Add support for testing S2S connectivity over IPv6 (#1363)

Add test case to test S2S connectivity over IPv6 to confirm that connectivity between IPv6 only XMPP servers can work properly.

@wojtek Please verify if those new test are done properly, but as far as I can tell, those test should properly verify IPv6 connectivity for S2S connections.
