Improve repository pools (#1350)

Currently we have variety of pools: main MDPool (which mostly deals with selection of the proper data source per domain) and we then have individual repositories and dedicated Polls dealing with the connections (UserRepository with it's dedicated UserRepositoryPool and PubSubDAO handling poolling the connections itself).
