Add (generic) guide how to upgrade to newer version of Tigase (#1340)

Currently there is no section how to perform upgrade or mention of upgrade-schema in the documentation (it got removed duringthe conversion to RTD?)

Mention: "DerbyDB support is only for testing purposes and it is not supported for using in production."
