Currently certain clients ignore location attribute in stream management and try to resume session on wrong node, which simply fails (#systems-98, #issue #1277) -- of of those is Monal. It would be good to try to detect such clients and simply not offer stream management to them (for now the most basic and the only solution would be checking the resource part -- while not ideal it should work in most of the cases).

(would be nice if the client could indicate if it supports location or not…)
