Revise and improve EventBus developer guide (#1261)

It seems that the current EventBus documentation is not up to date. It only covers Elementa-based events and there is no mention about Object-based ones nor any list of requirements for event classes that would make them work in the cluster.

Please update the documentation accordingly.

@bmalkow Could you clarify if setters are required and if yes, explicitly include it in the documentation as well?

To answer my own question: setters are not require though, if present, will be used (as with Kernel beans)
