tigase.util.log.LogFormatter `errors` collection seems to retain elements (#1256)

Haven't seen it before and it looks like items relate to issues with pubsub ghostbuster (#pubsub-118).

Action points:

investigate if there have been similar issues
restart instances and see if the issue persists (there haven't been routing errors recently hence there shouldn't be any error with logger using memory)
advance migration to System.logger (#issue #1211) and possibly use different logging mechanism
