Tested on our local test cluster:
-
create a user test1@some-domain.com

try to log-in with that user on _node_1 - failed with unknown host
-
add domain some-domain.com to node1 - login was successful

try to log-in with the test account on node2 - failed with unknown host

reload VHost configuration on node2

try to log-in with the test account on node2 - login was successful

It has been reported that if you add a domain on one node using ad-hoc script, and run reload on another node, the domain is still not working on the "reloaded" node.
