Delete all data associated with the user upon deleting account (#1156)

We should remove user data when user is deleted from the system. Currently we do it for AuthRepo, UserRepo and PubSub, but we should be more throughout:

Offline messages (#helpdeskpr-527)
MUC rooms where the user was the only owner/administrator

NOTE: Utilise tigase.db.UserRepository.UserRemovedEvent
