MIX-PAM - incorrect JID attribute on response (#1147)

According to XEP-0405, there is no jid attribute in response to <client-leave/> in <leave/> element. Currently, we are sending null#channel-id@mix.domain as a jid attribute which is incorrect and not needed according to the specification.

The issue was fixed by the removal of jid attribute as it was not required by the XEP.
