MIX-PAM - incorrect JID attribute on response (#1147)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 4 years ago According to XEP-0405, there is no `jid` attribute in response to `<client-leave/>` in `<leave/>` element. Currently, we are sending `null#channel-id@mix.domain` as a `jid` attribute which is incorrect and not needed according to the specification.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 4 years ago The issue was fixed by the removal of `jid` attribute as it was not required by the XEP.
