Packet reordering in MAM result (#1144)

<iq type="result"/> of MAM response in some cases is delivered to the client before the last message from the archive is delivered. That is a violation of XEP-0313 which requires it to be delivered after delivery of the last message from the response.

It was done for MAM:2 and MIX so it will be part of 8.2.0.
