Validate item id in MAM-RSM requests (#1140)

In MAM requests within <rsm/> element, we are accepting item id for pagination purposes. In the newest version supporting MAM:2 item id is generated as UUID and now any request with any id other then UUID is invalid and causes an exception.

I've added check if value of , is UUID if value is set
